I am a used BMW owner which I did not buy my car through BMW Grand River but was very impressed since my very first visit here, especially in the Service Department. Martin Vazac at service has always been on top on things about my service and maintenance inquiries. The Service Manager, Christian Ciupak, always follows up with a email/call right after to ensure that I am satisfied with my service. Another guy not forgetting to mention is the newly promoted Parts Manager, Moose Hosein, who is very experienced and knowledgeable with both new and older BMW parts; always know exactly what I am looking for. If you need to purchase a BMW for prolonged use, driving hard, or just for a peace of mind, ask for Saul Sandoval in Sales; he is very experienced with technical and mechanical issues with all BMW models. All staffs in every department are always very friendly and are experienced with their specialties. I always gets the right information, service, parts, quotes, etc. at less time than I expected and they have always DONE IT RIGHT AT THE FIRST TIME. I have been servicing my used 2008 BMW 5-Series about twice a year at BMW Grand River usually for an oil change and taking advantage of their 55-pt Inspection + Roadside Assistance for less than $60. My service/maintenance/inspection/repair invoices has never reached over $400 before the BMW Certified Series Warranty expired at 6 years/160,000 KM and BMW Grand River DO NOT CHARGE FOR INSPECTION IF THE ISSUE IS UNDER BMW WARRANTY. Neither I have to spend big bucks on inspection or diagnostics every time after my BMW warranty expired; I also have an extended used car warranty from my used car dealership until 200,000 KM but I always bring my BMW to Grand River for an inspection prior to claiming the dealership's used car warranty; I fixed most of issues out of my pocket instead of claiming the warranty not because of the $100 deductible, but for the COMPETITIVE PRICE on genuine OEM parts and labor rate quoted by BMW Grand River as well and a 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON BOTH PARTS AND LABOR for most service jobs done; other garages only warranty you one year for parts only even though they supply you with OEM BMW parts.

If you want to save on both time and money, it only make sense to service your BMW at least at any BMW Dealership. I have given a few different well known garages a try but every time it took double the time to have my car ready, i always have to bring it back for a follow up, or it gets send back to a BMW authorized dealer at their cost as some programming needed to get done only at BMW Dealerships.
